Prompt for 8/18 workshop:
Four members of the group will
arrange themselves in a circle, each facing outwards from the center,
crouching on all fours. The fifth member will be in the middle, carrying
a net and masking tape. This person will walk around the circle on the
inside, as everyone chants together, "Jack's alive and likely to live /
If he dies in your hand you've a forfeit to give," for however many
times, until the person in the middle decides to drop a net over
someone. The rest of the group will immediately assist in taping down
the "caught" member under the net, and keep them there for a fair amount
of time. The person who was caught will then become the person in the
middle of the circle when the rest have decided release them and start a
new round.
Prompt for 10/22 workshop:
All
five members of the group will arrange themselves in a circle, lying
down on their stomachs so their heads are pointed to the center. A bowl
filled with water will be placed under each person's head. Someone will
begin by saying any automatic phrase that pops into their head, followed
by the next person to the left of them, etc, clockwise around the
circle. This rotation will last for 10 minutes. While this happens,
everyone will "make bubbles" into their water bowls continuously until
it is their turn again to say a phrase.
